Troy listened to our wants and needs. He told us about another project he had in our neighborhood, that would work for my family. We had lots of wants and needs to satisfy. I do not live in Margate year round, and every time I was going down to see spaces/ work with LL's she had everything planned and organized for me to make the most of my time.

I landed a perfect spot almost immediately, and Stacy definitely make the process easy and smooth. She answered all of my questions quickly, and also handled any concerns that popped up quickly and effortlessly.

I hope this email finds you all doing well!! Testimonials are filled with emotions and experience so I would like to share our wonderful experience! Year after year, summer after summer, we found ourselves asking the same question over and over again..."when" ...when do we make the decision to take the time to find our own home at the Jersey shore? Our usual routine on Saturdays and Sundays had been to head to the beach soak in the sun, grab a snack and head back home. As much as we wanted a place, we also knew the process for finding a place required several components to make it happen. Time, energy, location, but most of all, finding a knowledgeable and trusting individual that knew the Real Estate market that could extend that level of confidence we needed. Here it is mid-August with the another summer ending soon. We sit planted on the beach watching the ocean waves and wouldn't you know that the same subject came up again - "when"? This time I did a quick Google search, several properties popped up with listing agent names. We found a place that we liked, clicked on it and several images followed. We like! My first call was to the Listing realtor Troy Rosenzweig, he picked up, we did the introductions, I presented my interest, we level set on my goal. I made it clear to Troy that my interest was only to see the listing and get a feel for home prices and values with no pressure on any decisions as we were just gonna start the process. Troy said , "No problem, I have some scheduled appointments but I'll rearrange some things to accommodate if you want." I said how about we get together tomorrow with a list of properties and more time. We meet up at the first showing and greeted with grace and calm enthusiasm immediately by Troy and Phyllis, I swear I felt I knew them for years. Upon finishing up on the 4th showing with each being rated, I said although each was unique and different not one had the feel I was hoping to see. From our very first meeting at my property, Troy Rosenzweig had presented himself as extremely experienced, professional, and prepared. He had done diligent research and presented a package of comparable sales of my duplex, carefully listened to me and then honestly explained what I could reasonably expect in offers and price point.

Over the years my wife and I have had four residences in Pa, two in Florida, two in NJ, and a couple of Investment properties. We highly recommend Stacy Scherr for all of your real estate needs in the Ventnor, NJ area. When we decided spontaneously to look into purchasing a beach house on the Jersey shore, we initially began looking online, and quickly found Stacy through the company website. She was very responsive from the moment we first spoke. We weren't quite sure where we wanted to buy, what house features we wanted, or what we could afford. Stacy clearly walked us through the different areas and tradeoffs. She setup appointments for us to see 15 houses that we were interested in so that we could get a sense of what was out there and what we wanted. She listened to our changing needs and adapted with us. She was very helpful but not too pushy. Once we figured out what we really wanted, we wanted to move very quickly and Stacy worked with us to move from looking to negotiating to settlement within 2 weeks! She attended inspections when I was travelling and did video sharing over the phone so that I could participate. I met Stacy Scherr of the Phyllis and Troy team to look at a property in Atlantic City (she was the first, of many to call me back). My search for the perfect summer home was ever evolving. My needs went from one place to another and all through my own transitions Stacy was there to hear me out, and guide me in the right direction. Showing me countless properties along the way. One day I approached Troy who was tending to business at the house next-door and asked out of curiosity what he thought I could sell my house for. When he said, "let's talk", I began to give serious consideration to actually selling my house. He sat down with me and explained the pros and cons, what was realistic, the current market situation and what was going on in the area, all with the purpose of just presenting me with Information...no pressure. I decided to list it for Troy's recommended asking price and a few months later it was sold, even though the season had not yet started at the shore. When the buyers showed interest in another house down the street, Stacy, Troy's step daughter who works with him, did a great job giving them reasons why they should purchase mine at my price! And they did. The whole process of listing and selling was seamless. They answered any question I had no matter what time of day. When I put my house on the market, I decided to look for a condo on the beach. The listings were few and far between. Let's talk about the new purchase. We had very specific requirements and finding the right house in a challenging market was not an easy or simple task. Stacy, I don't know how you managed us so wel,l but your guidance and focus save us so much time and anxiety. You and the team visited many properties multiple times and coached us on each one pointing out the pros and cons, and never once not a single time did we ever feel pressured; in fact quite the opposite constantly reminding us that there would be the right house for us just be patient. You took the time to understand our needs and personalities and managed us all the way through the process. We finally found a home that met the majority of our requirements and are now enjoying our new all year round home in Margate.

You would think that after settlement that the service and support terminated. Not so with this team. We got follow up calls and offers of assistance which we took advantage of. This team is so connected to so many contractors and service specialist that getting some additional work done was a breeze.
