Upon migrating to Absecon Island as a young man in 1982 from the suburbs of Philadelphia, I had a clear vision of my ultimate goal: to become a licensed builder and land developer. Equipped with ambition, drive, determination, and an exceptional work ethic, I embarked on this journey. Starting in an entry-level position with one of the most highly regarded builders in town, I quickly absorbed and retained valuable knowledge. In a relatively short time, I became well-versed in all trades.
As I grasped the 'nuts and bolts' of each trade, I honed my skills as a strong communicator and focused intensely on the value of relationship-building in a business setting. This period of professional growth also led to meeting my wife and future business partner, Phyllis Scherr. Together, we leveraged her background in the arts, creativity, and business acumen to create and run Troy Rosen Builders for over a decade.
In 2005, after numerous successful projects and countless contacts in the real estate profession, we decided to transition into the marketing and selling side of real estate. Applying the same business philosophy, work ethic, and customer service we were known for as developers, we seamlessly and successfully moved into real estate sales. Over the past decade, we have become the undisputed leaders in the new construction sector, selling over a half billion dollars in real estate and closing approximately 750 transactions and counting.

Beyond being life partners, we became business partners, combining our unique talents to create a successful venture. My background in the arts, creativity, and business savvy played a crucial role in the creation and success of Troy Rosen Builders, which we ran for over a decade.
In 2005, recognizing the potential for further growth and success, I suggested we transition from development to the marketing and selling side of real estate. Despite initial trepidations, we dedicated our professional lives to becoming licensed real estate professionals. By applying the same business philosophy, work ethic, and customer service from our building days, we made a seamless and highly successful transition.
Our niche in the real estate market became the new construction sector, where our hands-on experience and expertise set us apart. Over the past decade, we have sold over a quarter billion dollars in real estate and closed approximately 500 transactions. Andrew grew up and raised his family in the Cherry Hill/Voorhees area. Spending summers at the shore as a child and then as an adult, Andrew always knew he wanted to live at the shore year-round someday!
Renting for a number of years then first purchasing a summer home in Margate, Andrew, his wife Lori, their boys Noah and Stone and labradoodle Teddy, now call Ventnor home! Andrew says, “There is nothing like living all the time at a place where people vacation”. To that thought, Andrew has decided to now concentrate full-time on helping others achieve their dreams of owning or renting property at the sea shore!
Andrew had a tremendous experience with his personal realtors for his three transactions at the shore.
